Current Quail Leases

We have 500 acres located in Thomasville, Georgia. Property is Piney woods with some hard woods. We are looking for people to share a club membership. Would entertain selling all memberships to one person or one group already formed. Property has been managed by a forester for the last 10 years. Property is burned every year with the different parcels under a 3 year burn rotation. There is a cabin with power adjoining the property for overnight stays. There is a Jeep with dog boxes for use. There are some wild birds on the property but we are releasing birds in an effort to build the bird population up and have been very successful so far. We will release over 2,000 birds on this property next year. We have a 10 year lease on the property with the option to renew. We will be working hard in the upcoming years to improve the habitat and control the predators. We will also be feeding the birds all year. This is very good looking Quail Property and last season was one of the most successful Quail seasons we have had in a long while. I can show the property at anytime.
